Diet Coke Brand Refresh

I quite like the new Diet Coke brand refresh. It is quite simple, but bold. I think the brand is strong enough in its own right to move in this direction. The silver colour is as important a part as the red and black text now. I personally prefer the "real thing" with the full sugar. I actually prefer sugar to sweetners, but that's just my preference. Diet Coke has a huge number of loyal customers and this will not dampen that. Coke have done a good job. I think that their brand development has not changed the flavour, only the packaging, so this can only improve their sales.
